The Captaincy Guesthouse Brussels

2014 on, this guesthouse is located right in the middle of the oldest part of
the city center, on the “Quai à la Chaux” (in English: Lime dock) nr. 8 in 1000
Brussels. The Quai à la Chaux is on one of the St.-Catherine squares, exactly
where the Brussel's harbor used to be from the 12th up to the 19th century.
This most magnificent house was built in 1694 and hosted the captaincy of the
Brussel's harbor in the 17th/18th century, before becoming the private estate of a merchant.
At the Captaincy Guesthouse, guests benefit the settings of an historic house, a vast, relaxing and quiet place, right in the middle of the historic
city center, within 5 minutes’ walk to the Grand Place, and within direct
connection the European Institutions and the major business centers (5 min by
underground lines 1 or 5).
Staying at our place is like staying at home. Guests benefit the use of the whole house: Living space, kitchen, inner court, terraces/garden, access to internet, television, home cinema, etc., and this all included in the rates.
